Shipping

All Australian orders over $150 will be shipped with standard shipping free of charge. All orders under $150 are shipped at a flat rate of $10 per order or $15 for express shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours on business days, though shipping times may vary. If you require a signature on delivery with your purchase, please add a note at checkout on your order. Please allow 1-5 business days (includes capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside this may be between 3-7 business days. Shipping cost on all returns are non-refundable. 

All international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $20. We are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes that may incur. 

Returns and Exchange Policy

All items are thoroughly inspected before being placed in store or sent out to our customers to ensure a high level of quality control in the garments you purchase from us.

We want all of our customers to be happy, therefore if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@sandbetweenyourtoes.com.au so we can work something out. In the event that we will agree to a return, shipping will not be refunded. We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, you will instead receive a Store Credit that can be used both online and in-store valid for 6 months from date of issue. If the items are not received in their original condition, they will be automatically returned to the customer.

All sale purchases are final and there will be no refunds, credits or exchanges offered.

Store returned items for change of mind will be issued as a Store Credit Voucher to the same amount of original purchase valid for 6months from date of issue.

Due to the popularity of our designs and limited sizes we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason, any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit Voucher that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.

Faulty items

We take buying and selling online very seriously. As both a buyer and seller we recognise the amount of risk and trust that goes into each purchase. For this reason, all our designs are quality controlled before being sent out to you. If you require more information or would like more pictures on any item, please feel free to contact us before you purchase. If you believe you have received a faulty item, we will replace the item if it is still available, issue a store credit voucher or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. Please email photos to hello@sandbetweenyourtoes.com.au with your order number so we can review. 

Upon receipt of the item, they will undergo a quality review to determine whether you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used to for purchase. We do not refund shipping on purchases, and it is up to the buyer to pay return postage. Sand Between Your Toes Pty Ltd is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend that you purchase a method with tracking options available.
